Cibes acquires 100% of French partner Aratal Attractive Mobility

In October 2018, Cibes Lift France acquired 45% of the shares in French partner Aratal Attractive Mobility. Now Cibes Lift France acquires the remaining shares of the company to further strengthen its market position in southern France.

Over the past few years, Cibes Lift Group has experienced strong growth globally, especially in the home lift segment. Today, France is one of the key European markets for Cibes Lift Group.

Aratal Attractive Mobility has since its start, established itself as one of the key players of accessibility products in France, with a large knowledge of Cibes product portfolio. Aratal Attractive Mobility offers lift solutions in 3 segments: public and commercial buildings and for private customers, with significant growth potential in particular within the private segment.

Aratal Attractive Mobility has around 27 employees and is based in Macon. Cibes Lift France acquired full ownership of Aratal Attractive Mobility on the 1st of July 2022. Current company majority owner and CEO Nicolas Rampon will remain as consultant during a transition period.
